Sometimes, life changes in ways we never expected.

A safe space to make sense of what you're going through.

You don’t need to know where to start

You don't need to arrive at counselling knowing exactly what you want to talk about.

Grief and bereavement

You can take things at your own pace. Some sessions may involve talking through past trauma, some may be about finding space to think, when life feels particularly full.

Transitioning through change

We can explore what sits underneath anxiety and depression. Sometimes that means looking at the past; sometimes it means making sense of what's happening in the present.

Online counselling for adults experiencing grief and loss.

There are times when life can feel difficult to make sense of. Counselling offers a place to pause, talk things through and begin to understand what you are feeling and what you might need.

Grief & Bereavement | Perinatal Mental Health | Emotional Wellbeing

I offer warm, compassionate, relational counselling for adults. Emotional difficulties can surface at any time especially when we experience a life changing event such as the birth of a child, bereavement or relationship breakdown. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with nearly 20 years' experience working in perinatal mental health and experience supporting people through bereavement and life-limiting illness in a hospice setting, I understand that compassion, empathy and a genuine understanding of personal challenges, can bring a new perspective on life.
